All Teachers are hereby notified that in order to prepare the ROUTINE for the period JAN 2026 – JUN 2026,

• HODs are requested to collect the blank hard copy format of the dept. routine from college office on and from 18.11.2025
• HODs are requested to convene a meeting will all their departmental teachers and resolute the best feasible routine
• Signed (in full by all teachers) hard copies of the duly filled up routine is to be submitted to college office latest by 27.11.2025
