It is hereby notified that there will be SUMMER RECESS / STUDY LEAVE for the period 08-06-2022 to 14-06-2022, subject to the following conditions:
- A teacher must have to come to the college and perform duty if any campus duty assigned by the principal.
- A teacher must have to come to the college and perform duty if any campus duty assigned by the HOD.
- A teacher must have to perform duty if any online duty assigned by the principal.
- A teacher must have to perform duty if any online duty assigned by the HOD.
- NO classes of Semester – VI will be held during this period.
- Only Special classes (of Semester – VI) may be taken (campus/online), if required, during this period in consultation of HoD.
- Semester – II & IV classes will be held ONLINE during this period.
It is further notified that during the period 15-06-2022 to 20-06-2022 Semester – VI exams will be held in online mode and answer scripts to be collected as per university rules. So for this period, please note that:
- Exam Duty schedule will be notified to you shortly.
- NO leave will be entertained if you are assigned exam duty.
- Medical leave, however can be considered, as the case may be.
- Time of arrival and departure are to be maintained strictly.
- Any communication regarding exam duty is to be done with Convener, Dr. Joydev Panda.
- You need not come to college if NO duty is assigned to you.
- NO classes will be held during this period.
It is further notified that during the period 21-06-2022 to 30-06-2022 Semester – VI SPOT Evaluation will be held on our campus as per university rules. So for this period, please note that:
- Duty schedule will be notified to you by your respective HOD.
- Time of arrival and departure are to be maintained strictly.
- Evaluation of answer scripts must be done as per time assigned by HOD.
- Your duty will be over only when list of marks is duly submitted to your HOD.
- You can receive and submit answer scripts only from your HOD.
- You need not come to college if NO duty is assigned to you.
- NO classes will be held during this period.
