All Staff are hereby informed that:

1. All Teaching and Non-Teaching staff (but no casual staff) MUST do examination duty on 11.12.2022 as per Govt. rules
2. All staff must report at 9AM 0n 11.12.2022 
3. All staff must undergo FRISKING at the main gate
4. You cannot carry your (Mobile phone, water bottle, watch, calculator, electronic gadget, purse, wallet, etc.) In case you bring, you have to keep them at the CLOAK room.
5. A meeting regarding your duties on 11.12.22 will be held on 10.11.22 either in physical/online mode
6. NO leaves can be taken on 11.12.2022 as per Govt. rules
7. Your duty will be cancelled only if (1) you are on Medical Leave, (2) your close relative is appearing for the TET exam on 11.12.22 from our college centre, (2) you are yourself an examinee for the same exam, (3) you are assigned duty by TET for some other centre, (4) any other reason which is permissible under TET guidelines. - Please submit leave application attaching relevant proof to college office / official college email latest by 8PM on 08.12.2022
8. For any other clarifications, pease contact the Officer-in-charge / Observer for our exam centre OR other officials responsible for the same
